Standing Seam Panels - Anna, TX
Project Overview
An Anna homeowner building a new custom home selected standing seam metal as their roofing material of choice for its clean appearance, longevity, and low maintenance requirements. Metal Warehouse Inc. supplied a full set of standing seam panels in a Charcoal finish with all associated trim, closures, and accessories sized to the architect's specifications.
The Challenge
The home had a complex roof with multiple hip returns, valleys, and a front porch shed dormer. The architect's drawings required precise panel layout calculations and non-standard trim profiles at several transition points.
Our Solution
Our team reviewed the roof plan with the architect before ordering any material. We supplied custom-formed transition trim for the dormer intersection and the porch hip condition, which would have been difficult to source from a standard panel supplier.
Outcome
The roofing contractor reported that our material package was the most complete and accurately measured standing seam kit they had worked with. The finished roof became a prominent feature of the home.
