Fasteners
A full line of fasteners including self-drill sealers and lap-drill sealers designed to attach metal roof and sidewall panels in pre-engineered metal building applications. The cupped head and washer encapsulate an EPDM rubber washer for a secure seal even when driven at an angle. Our Woodbinder fastener is built for steel roofing and siding in post-frame and residential applications - the sharp point and pronounced lead thread drill high-tensile 29- and 26-gauge steel with no point walking. We stock fasteners to match all of our coil-stock colors; anything not in stock can be ordered and typically arrives in about two days.
Caulking & Sealants
Permanently flexible sealant that is invisible to UV light and resistant to mold and mildew. It forms a waterproof, weathertight seal that will not freeze, shrink, crack, sag, or slump, with excellent adhesion to most building substrates and easy tooling at all temperatures - winter and summer. Tack-free in 10 minutes and fully cured within 48 hours, with an 18-month shelf life, solvent-free and VOC-compliant in all 50 states. Available in all major siding, trim, coil, window, and metal-roof manufacturer colors. Our 100 Series Silicone adds strong adhesion to non-porous substrates such as polycarbonate, glass, aluminum, ceramic tile, fiberglass, and glazed brick.
Seal Tape
TACKY TAPE is a 100 percent solid, asbestos-free butyl tape sealant in roll form. Applications include metal roof endlaps and sidelaps, vents, gutters, pipe flashings, and skylights. The service temperature range runs from -40°F to 180°F and the material will not become brittle or crack. Supplied on a 3/8 in. x 3/32 in. x 45 ft. roll.
Closures
Foam closures designed to close the gaps in roof and sidewall applications. The material is pre-cut to conform to the metal panel configuration and is used at the ridge (peak of the building) or the eave (gutter line). The 1.8 lb. density polyethylene foam withstands harsh weather including moisture and ultraviolet rays, and pre-applied adhesive holds the closure in place before the roof panel is fastened. Interlocking dovetails create a secure end-to-end fit that eliminates gaps.
Insulation
Insulating products to help you save on energy costs - keeping heat out in the summer and cold out in the winter. We carry 3 in. White WMP-VR-R+ (R-10 value), with other options available by special order, along with double-faced tape for insulation-to-purlin attachment, patch tape, and hex (poultry wire). All of our faced fiberglass complies with NAIMA 202-96, is NIA Certified Faced Insulation, and is UL classified FHC 25/50.
Roof Jacks & Pipe Flashings
ROOFJACK pipe flashings are manufactured from EPDM or silicone rubber, compounded for maximum resistance to ozone, UV light, and temperature extremes. The flexible aluminum base conforms to any metal roof configuration, and the pipe can be centered in the flat of the panel or on a rib. Urethane sealant and self-drilling screws complete the installation, and each unit is well-marked so it can be trimmed with shears to fit the exact pipe size. Available in Black or Gray EPDM and Red or Gray high-temperature silicone.
Walk & Roll-Up Doors
Walk doors are 1-3/4 in. thick, non-handed, 20-gauge galvannealed textured steel in primed White or Bronze, in 3070 size with 4-1/4 in., 6-1/4 in., and 8-1/4 in. frames. Hardware-grade choices are available for lever, knob, and mortise locks, plus door closers, deadbolts, latch guards, and more. Roll-up doors are offered in a variety of sizes and configurations - contact us so we can match the door to your opening.
Windows
Horizontal slide windows come packed with two 1-1/4 in. R-Panel fins; non-insulated units have clear DSB glass, and insulated units use 5/8 in. thick clear SSB glass, with bronze-tinted glass also available. Vertical slide windows are available by special order. Fixed windows are packed with R-Panel and CF500, with optional trim fins, and ship with gray-tinted tempered glass.
