Project Overview

A Denison business owner expanding their inventory storage needed a 6,000-square-foot commercial warehouse that could be erected quickly by a local contractor without a dedicated steel erection crew. Metal Warehouse Inc. supplied a bolt-up steel building package - the ideal solution for commercial customers who want the strength of engineered steel with simpler erection requirements.

The Challenge

The customer had a hard deadline: the building needed to be dried-in before winter. They also had a tight budget and could not afford delays caused by material shortages or incorrect component deliveries.

Our Solution

We supplied a complete bolt-up package with all components pre-drilled and labeled. Our team did a pre-delivery check to confirm every piece was accounted for before the truck left our Sherman yard. The contractor had no missing parts and no field modifications on this project.

Outcome

The structure was dried-in on schedule. The customer has since expanded their lease on the adjacent lot and returned to Metal Warehouse for a second building quote.
